Although through much of the 1970’s, Park Hill was a declining neighborhood. In the 1980’s and 1990’s till today, and with the removal and re-development of the nearby Stapleton Airport, many of the original older homes built in 1910 and onward have been renovated to their old original glory, or scraped and new sizeable homes built in their place. Today, the values of Park Hill range from the low $200’s to over $1.5 million. Classic architectural styles still exist in Park Hill to include the Denver Square, Bungalows, Tudors, and many two story homes of the period. There are larger lots to be found in Park Hill as well.
