Another attraction worth mentioning is the 280-acre Winnebago County Community Park. You can visit archery targets, fishing lakes, soccer fields, baseball diamonds, dog walking areas or the 15-hole championship Disc-Golf Course.

Just 20 minutes from Appleton real estate you can find the newly redeveloped, outdoor Leach Amphitheatre in Oshkosh, where weekly summer concerts bring the community together. The Downtown core also boasts a rather large Opera House and many music venues. In June you can catch Carrie Underwood and Alan Jackson at the three-day Country USA Music Fest. And at “Sawdust Days”, a wildlife show, stunt bikes, Louisiana hot sauce, a parade, honky-tonk artists and fireworks in July.

Neenah is noted for its scenic waterfront property. Since Neenah has a large German population, it’s no surprise that it’s also the home of the Bergstrom-Mahler Museum with over 3,000 pieces of Germanic glass dating back to the 1500s.
